H4BF Staff Kick-starts Activities for the Year 2023

After almost two weeks of an end-of-year break, the entire staff of H4BF this week resumed duty for the year 2023 with high esteem. The engagement whistle was blown this week at the organization’s auditorium in its head office in Mile 3, Bamenda.

In a meeting cheered by the Managing Director, Mr. Ngo Abdulai Banfogha, the entire staff was tasked with assiduity, focus on their assignment, work planning, and weekly/monthly reporting to be able to self-measure staff productivity and progress.

He challenged staff to endeavor in a personal capacity building like online courses, and research and to be inquisitive about their assignments to avoid armchair learning which produces no results nor impact on the implementation of the organization’s activities and staff career development. Proactiveness was the keyword of the day.

The last year’s activities were recapped and the new year’s activities, as well as running projects, were outlined with emphasis on the Vocational Training Center and Renewable Energy (Solar Distribution) programs. The MD reiterated the need to be steadfast and punctual with the execution of assignments by staff. He also announced the relocation to the new office as soon as the rehabilitation works were done.

The launch for the recruitment of some staff to fill the gaps in the cooperative unit of the organization was announced. The strategy of action for the organization in retrospect to the ongoing activities was also outlined and kick-started like the cooperative website construction, search for a temporal warehouse for the cooperative unit and the putting in place of accounting tools for the cooperative, land for the construction of a permanent warehouse, just to name a few.
