About the role:

The Programmes Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the successful implementation of H4BF’s programs across Cameroon. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day coordination and support for assigned programmes.
• Develop and maintain program budgets and track expenditures.
• Manage program logistics, including travel arrangements and event planning.
• Monitor and evaluate program progress against goals and objectives.
• Prepare and submit program reports to donors and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with program partners and beneficiaries.
• Identify and implement opportunities for program improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and working knowledge of a French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in Cameroon or a similar developing country is a plus.
• Passion for H4BF’s mission and commitment to social change.
